We have two housing options designed to accommodate different budgets and groups.

The Hilton Hotel Back Bay is a four-star hotel, located right in the heart of Boston. It is about a 10 minute walk from the conference.

For a group of colleagues or a family that wants lots of space plus the benefit of being right on campus West Village Apartments, a Northeastern University residence hall, is a good choice.

West Village Apartments

• Full apartment, for a maximum of 4 people in 2 double bedrooms: $195 per night per unit.

• Full apartment, for a maximum of 3 people in one double bedrooms and one single bedroom: $165 per night per unit.

• Full bedroom, for a maximum of 2 people in a double bedroom: $135 per night per unit

• Single bedroom in shared apartment: $70 per night per person.

This 150-unit apartment facility (see map) is located in the heart of the conference. All units are air-conditioned and include a common living area, kitchen and bathroom. The West Village Apartments are great for a family or for a group of colleagues that want convenient and economical accomodations. But they are not hotel rooms, they are apartments. That means there are no TV's, telephones, dishes in the kitchen, or maid service. The price does include new bath towels each day, but a maid does not clean the apartment or make your bed.

Hilton Hotel Back Bay

Rates for WACE 2005 Conference

• Single or double: $179 per night.
• Triple or quad: $204 per night.

The Hilton Hotel Back Bay is the official hotel of the 14th annual World Conference on Cooperative Education. Ideally located in the heart of Boston's prestigious and historic Back Bay neighborhood, the hotel is only a short walk from the Northeastern campus. Its unique "tri-corner" configuration provides most guest rooms with spectacular city views, and with only 18 rooms per floor, every guest is assured maximum privacy.

Double Tree Guest Suites

Rates for WACE 2005 Conference

The Double Tree Guests Suites Hotel is Boston's only full-service, all-suite hotel. It is located along the banks of the Charles River, just a short walk from Cambridge and Harvard Square. Throughout the conference there will be shuttle bus service between the hotel and conference on Northeastern University's campus.
